Probus Research Affiliate Program Policies, Terms And Conditions

 We have made an effort to keep our policies, and agreement terms and conditions as simple and straight forward as possible. However, we reserve the right to change them at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review policies, terms and conditions posted here and to remain in compliance with them. The use of the term "ad" below refers Probus Research ad links.

Account Transferability

You may transfer or sell your account(s) with the permission of Probus Research. You must notify us within 30 days of your proposed transfer to obtain permission. If the notice deadline is not met, the proposed transferee or purchaser may apply for a new program with Probus Research.


Ad Placement

No ad link may be displayed on any domain parking website, pop-up, pop-under, or in any email.
No ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads.
Graphic elements must not obscure the ad link. Ad links must be visible and not obscured by color or other graphic elements. Clicks on ad links must not directly launch a new browser window.


Code Modification

Ad link code may not be modified. Ad link code may not be altered for any reason.


Incentives

Affiliate agreements that include per click payments do not permit web page incentives (such as instruction to "click here," or graphic effects such as blinking arrows) to click on the ad links.


Prohibited and Fraudulent Clicks

Affiliate agreements that include per click payments strictly prohibit any methods that artificially and/or fraudulently generate clicks. Prohibited methods include repeated manual clicks, click incentives, and any type of automated clicking tools.

Commission program agreements permit affiliate members to click on ad links only for the purpose of test monitoring the registering system.


Site Content and Functionality

Sites to which you wish to provide ad links may not include:
excessive profanity, pornography, gambling content, excessive advertising, pop-ups and/or pop-unders or any other elements that interfere with site navigation, or - in agreements that include per click payments - any form of click incentives.

Sites must be maintained free of broken links and provide effective and current contact information.


Termination of Program Agreements

Unless otherwise provided in signed written form, Probus Research reserves the right to terminate affiliate program agreements without notice and without cause.
